Developmental delays and learning differences like ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, reading and writing difficulties may look like boredom, frustration, and low self-esteem. They can profoundly affect a person’s life if they go undetected. Cornerstone Counseling Center’s Psycho-Educational Assessment, Counseling, and Tutoring Team offers help for children and adults with learning problems. We begin with a thorough evaluation and accurate diagnosis of the problem. Evaluation and testing incorporates nationally recognized assessment and testing instruments. From there, we can provide help in a variety of ways which include working with parents, schools, and teachers, developing individual learning strategies and learning programs, and providing individual tutoring.
Enrichment and Education Seminars
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Cornerstone offers educational and enrichment seminars to churches, businesses, schools, and other groups on a variety of topics. Some of our seminar topics include:

Group Counseling
There are some problems that are best addressed in supportive community. Small groups have changed people’s lives because of the support and encouragement they provide. Cornerstone facilitates group sessions on a variety of issues.
